My 1967 MGB GT had a noisy transmission that I took to ER for diagnosis. They recommended a replacement from Viteese engineering in England. My research showed that this was the best way to upgrade my classic so I put the plan in motion. ER held my car for the 3 weeks it took to get my new transmission. They had to pull the engine and transmission to do this and it all came back together nicely.

ER Autocare was fast, friendly, and did an excellent job! Their systems make it easy to see what repairs need done and give you helpful details to review without the confusing jargon that other stores present you with. They have fair prices and excellent communication.

On July 9, my husband and I took our 2014 Ford Edge to the shop on Park Rd. Iβm going to include some background in that we had our own repair shop for 16 years in Westerville, my husband is an ASE certified master tech with 35 years experience. We both do different work now and donβt have the means or desire to work on our own cars anymore. So we entrusted our car to ER AutoCare with high hopes because of the reviews we read. The Edge is a clean but very well used, very high mileage unit with an engine misfire but no codes. Iβm putting that out there. Iβm well aware of what we were handing over. However, the car that I dropped off was not the car that I picked up. We expected to have to repair something, we understood that. Since it wasnβt setting codes we had replaced one coil pack at home and believed all the coil packs would need to be replaced and probably valve cover gaskets. But when we received the estimate we were also told that the car had a flat right rear tire when the tech drove it in (the tires are new by the way). They then said among other things that it would need a new exhaust system. I believe the exhaust system is very old, it is a Ford, I understand that, but

Honestly, I canβt say enough about this facility. Iβve been trying to find a good honest place to take care of my fleet. I drove by every day and finally decided to stop and Iβd wish I wouldβve done it a lot sooner. Mitch was great to work with communicated well on everything which I greatly appreciate they were able to get my vehicles in and out in a timely manner with no unexpected charges. The guys in the shop were knowledgeable and able to educate me on a few things and they had amazing snacks in the waiting area appreciate you guys highly recommend.

I have a 1985 Toyota Supra that needed a rack and pinion replacement/rebuild. The replacement part I purchased from ebay didn't fit. Go figure. ER Autocare was able to find a rebuild kit. The first kit had a bad seal, so they found another rebuild kit. The second rebuild kit did the trick! They kept it overnight and drove the car a couple times to make sure there were no leaks. I appreciate them being patient with me as parts are difficult to come by for the old girl. I will definitely be returning for service in the future if they will have me π
